Codex Vaticanus A
Colonial · Vatican Library
What it is
Also called Codex Ríos. It reproduces a good part of what the Telleriano-Remensis carries, with glosses in Italian instead of Spanish, and adds sections the other does not have.
It was made around 1570, some twenty years after the Telleriano.
Why it is cited here
Because it notes the omen cell by cell, like the Telleriano, and the two can be compared. Where they differ, the app says so rather than choosing one.
Where it is
In the Vatican Apostolic Library, in Rome.
Read this entry in Spanish, where the sixteenth-century sources are quoted in full.
